Bookings:
- You can easily request a B & B availability, exact rates and supplementary services (if required) by filling our on-line form. Important: we need to know your arrival time at the B & B. Should your arrival time be delayed for any reason you must contact the B & B directly.
- MIR will answer your request within the following 24 working hours; if it's not possible to confirm your request we will give you an alternative. In the answer you will find all details for the payment of the deposit that is due directly to the B & B.

Deposits:
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your accommodation must be paid in advance within 48 hours after our confirmation of availability, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
At this time the payments are possible by bank transfer or international postal money order, directly to the B & B.
The copy of the payment must be sent to us by e-mail or fax (nbr. 0039/0656339658). The reservation will be reconfirmed only after receipt of this copy.
The remaining 70% has to be paid in cash to the B & B upon arrival.

If you would like to book additional services, as private transfers or regular excursions, you have to addresst the payment to MIR. In this case you can pay with Credit Cards or wire transfer, details will be given with the confirmation e-mail.

Cancellations:
Should you be forced to cancel a reservation:

- Administrative fee of € 15 for cancellations made up to 31 days before arrival.
- Fees of 50% (with a minimum of € 15) of the paid deposit for cancellations received between 30 to 15 days before arrival.
- Fees of 100% (with a minimum of € 15) of the paid deposit for cancellations received within 14 days before arrival.

MIR won't be responsible for changes or cancellations due to exceptional reasons, as flood, fire, earthquakes, wars etc. Trip cancellation insurance is advised to cover such problems.

Changes in rates:
Any changes in rates or terms of payment due to special offers or special periods during the year (such as special holidays) will be clearly noted on our Web site.
